‘The Acolyte’ Trailer Coming Tomorrow, Series to Premiere June 4th
It’s almost time…
Lucasfilm announced today that the first official trailer for The Acolyte, he upcoming Disney+ series from Russian Doll co-creator Leslye Headland, will drop tomorrow at 11 am ET/8 am PT. The announcement was made across the officail Star War social media accounts with a teaser poster showing a red lightsaber and the words “In an age of light a darkness rises”. The caption on the post simply read, “Trailer tomorrow. #The Acolyte”. See the post below,
Also announced was the premiere date for the series: June 4th!
A teaser for The Acolyte was previously screened for attendees of Star Wars Celebration in London last April during both the Lucasfilm Showcase and The High Republic panels. That preview was never released officially online (though versions shot by members of the audience did make the rounds online).
